Barking Dogs

I will be here all night listening to testimony pro and con on barking dogs. I share with you a poem:

Well, not exactly. Still, Tru and Fillmore were out to help celebrate DangerGirl's 6th birthday-- thanks girls, couldn't have done it without ya! Ooooh yeah. Kindergarteners hopped up on cake and lemonade, bowling, breakdancing, and even an acrobatic display. And all the angst regarding rsvp's (or lack of) was kind of pointless. In fact the whole event went smoothly, dare I say well. Except I lost the list of gifts/guests, so the thank you notes will be quite generic. A faux-pas, to be sure, but considering how lacking in social graces I am in general, I can live with it.
